- I am 27, and have a beautiful wife named Lori. I have two girls: Caley: 22 mos. & Abby: 6 mos.
- I am a full time worship leader at my church. I play guitar and attempt to sing…
- My favorite hobby is surfing, but since I live in Colorado now… that has become… difficult
- My dirty little secret: I coach real estate agents on how to blog and market themselves, and I run a national real estate referral network with over 1,400 members, but am not personally licensed.

Hey Justin, Great to know more about you. Before you were just a coaching voice on the phone. I didn’t know you surfed. That is my passion. I just can’t think of moving away from the coast. What beautiful children. I have 2, a boy and girl who are 5 and 3 1/2 year. They love each other so much. You are in for the best years of your life. Enjoy, and thanks for the great lessons. Your daughters are so cute. We have a 9 month old grandson, oops I just disclosed that I am old, and he is the light of our lives. Enjoy you daughters while they are young. You have so much control over their formulation. I bet Christmas will be fun at your house this year.

What a strange term. Anyone know where the origin is from? Is it from meme (which my spell check doesn’t even think is a word!).

Anyway, what’s the deal with ActiveRain? This site seemed to come out of no where and now everyone and there Mother is on it? Why is it so popular? They should work on the design a little bit…make it Web 2.0-ish.

Activerain is a place where real estate agents can get their feet wet in the blogosphere. They happened to be the best platform at the time in ‘06 when everything took off, and it stuck.
I agree that AR’s site needs some redesign, but they are very much web 2.0. Blogging and social interaction is the definition of web 2.0. Not just the nifty clean designs that we have come to know and love from most W2.0 companies.
